Recent comings and goings...

Just a quick update concerning the past couple weeks. We had the final camp in Karuizawa. It was a church camp for Tokyo Christ Mission Church, which is Emi's church and the church that most of the wolbi grads attend here in Tokyo. It was a good time of fellowship and Steve Nicholes was the guest speaker. The theme of his meetings was "Community in the Body of Christ."

And just yesterday all the campers who went to New York camp arrived back safely in Japan. I believe today or tomorrow all the students who are returning from wolbi will be coming back as well.

I am leaving Japan on the 6th of September so there is still plenty of time to squeeze in all the exciting things I've always wanted to do and see in Tokyo before I leave. Today and tomorrow are off days for both Emi and I so we are planning to make the most of them!

I still have a mission while I'm here though: I am starting to work on a promotional DVD for Word of Life Japan Camps. I need to make sure I budget enough time to get that finished before I go.
