Tonight I made dinner for my roommate Johnny and his girlfriend. I made a beef stir fry with rice, and we had icecream for desert.
If you look at the picture in the center you can see that I am tenderising the beef with the bottom of a jar. I think I learned this trick from my mom.

That's funny that you learned that trick from your mom! Well, I am proud of you for practicing for the future. Now, I just hope that you will be hooked and I don't have to go to a cooking school anymore.
