Long Overdue Christmas Photos

I know its April, but I promised myself that I would put up some photo's from Christmas this year. So here they are: For the first time ever, the Emery family had Christmas away from home and relatives. Instead of me flying up to my parents, the whole family came down to me. The Florida sky is beautiful but it just didn't feel like Christmas some how.

Of course we had the annual Axis & Allies game...I don't really remember, but I assume I won.

We Also had a lot of fun visiting all the theme parks in Orlando. Of course the best part of all was that Emi could come all the way from Japan for Christmas!

We had lots of fun at all the different theme parks. It was a different Christmas then what I am used to thats for sure. And some how my mom avoided being in any pictures but she WAS there. Any way, I am in the process of catching up my blog with all the recent goings on so I expect there to be a flurry of updates...or at least, I hope so ;)

Wow, I was so thin then!! Now, I've baked too much that I became like a bread.

Merry Christmas, Dave!! We saw Ben at WOLBI Owen Sound during our spring visit to Canada. Yuko recognized him right away, from across the room, even though she never saw him before and may not even have known that he existed. She said, "is that Dave's brother?" And lo, it was. I'm looking forward with baited breath for his release of "Operation Final Flight."

We also had a chance to drop by Tokyo to eat Emi's pastries, and I popped down to Karuizawa to behold the fruit of your labours past (the ones you performed the summer of "Operation Bear Watch."

merry Christmas to you too Luke! When I spoke to Yuko online when you two were in Tokyo, and she told me that you met Ben.
My brothers and parents all asked about you when they came down for Christmas. I think some how you made quite an impression on them all when you stayed at my house those few days before you headed to Philadelphia. That Axis&Allies game on my kitchen table will go down as one of the most epic ever. Perhaps even as epic as the one in the tent in your front yard last summer.
