U.S Airways Fails at flying.
I was supposed to be well on my way to Toronto by this point in the afternoon, but thanks to US Airways I am still sitting in the Tampa airport. I had plans to go out to eat with my family and meet up with my best friend growing up, but instead of landing in Toronto at 6:30pm and going out to eat, I will be landing at 11:55pm and will have to go directly to the hotel to print out the documents I need for my workshop. Actually I'm guessing that after waiting for my bags and going through customs, then getting a cab to the hotel it will be close to 2:00am.
This is the second time this month, and the third time since I started working for GMS that US Airways has straight up canceled my flight. What are they doing to remedy the situation? Did they put me in first class? Did I get a free meal for having to wait and extra 6 hours at the airport? Did they even apologize for screwing up my weekend? No, they did none of those things. I have come to the conclusion therefore, that US Airways fails and they should be avoided like the bird flu.
So lets update the list of things that fail in 2008:
1. NY Yankees
2. Every Swimmer other than Michael Phelps
3. Socialism
4. Meril Lynch, Bear Sterns, AIG
5. O.J. Simpson
6. CERN particle collider
7. Joe Biden
8. US AIRWAYS
...and the years not even over.

Things are so bass-ackwards that the Rays even fail at failing. Whats up???
Got into my room at 3:00am. Did paper work until 4:00am. Got up for work at 5:30am. My productivity is in the crapper...
You should call them and politely explain what happened and ask them what they would be willing to do for you. Just say you are ready to never use the US Airways and to tell every single person you know how bad US Airways is and tell them not to use it. And they will probably make some kind of action to cheer you up :)
It sounds mean but that's what my brother did when Verizon charged the wrong price a couple times and stopped our phone even though it was their fault. They finally apologized and gave him like 600 credit points?? or something like that.
